    Privacy Policy

    This page explains what information this website (rustysumalinog.cloud) collects, why, and which services handle it. It is run by Rusty Andrei Sumalinog, an AI automation specialist based in Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines. Questions? Email rustysumalinog@gmail.com.

    The short version

    • No ads, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
    • I only get your personal details when you choose to send them — by contact form, project form, booking a call, or email.
    • I use them to reply and to work with you. I never sell or rent them.
    • You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

    Information you choose to send me

    • Contact form — your name, email, and message. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to my email (Formspree privacy policy).
    • Free workflow review / project form — the answers you enter. This form is hosted on Google Forms (Google privacy policy).
    • Booking a call — your name, email, and any answers you give when you pick a time. Bookings are handled by Calendly (Calendly privacy notice).
    • Email — anything you send to rustysumalinog@gmail.com.

    I use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project, and deliver the work we agree on. I don't add you to a mailing list or newsletter.

    Analytics

    I use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example, opening the booking calendar). Plausible is cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data; it only reports aggregated totals (Plausible data policy).

    Embedded content and services

    • Video intro — the video is played from Loom, which may collect usage data under its own privacy policy.
    • Booking calendar — the calendar in the Contact section and the "Book a call" buttons load Calendly, which may set its own cookies to run the scheduler.
    • GitHub activity — to show my recent public GitHub activity, your browser requests it from GitHub, so GitHub receives basic request data such as your IP address (GitHub privacy statement).
    • Hosting — the site is served by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure (Vercel privacy policy).

    Stored on your device

    The site saves two small preferences in your browser: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you closed the free-audit card (cleared when you close the tab). They never leave your device and aren't used for tracking.

    Sharing

    I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It is only handled by the services listed above, as needed to run this website, or disclosed if the law requires it. Information you share during a client project is covered by our project agreement, and by an NDA when we sign one.

    How long I keep it

    I keep messages and project emails for as long as we're in contact and as needed for my business records. If you'd like something deleted sooner, just ask.

    Your choices

    Email rustysumalinog@gmail.com to request a copy of the information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also clear this site's saved preferences in your browser settings at any time.

    Children

    This website is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

    Changes to this policy

    If the way this site handles information changes, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
