I'm Rusty Andrei Sumalinog. For several years, I worked as an Executive Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients. How much does an automation project cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 30-minute call, once I understand the workflow you want to automate. You know the full price before any work starts — no surprises, no pressure.
Do I also need to pay for n8n, Zapier, Make, or AI tools?
Usually, yes. Platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, and HighLevel, and AI models like Claude or OpenAI, bill their own subscription or usage fees directly to your account. n8n can also be self-hosted, which often keeps running costs low. On our call, I'll recommend the setup that fits your volume and budget, and we'll go over the expected running costs before you commit.
Who owns the workflows when the project is done?
You do. The workflows run in your own accounts, and you get step-by-step documentation plus a recorded walkthrough, so your team isn't dependent on me to understand or update them.
What happens if an automation breaks?
I build in retries for temporary failures, real-time alerts (email or Slack) when something needs attention, and execution logs so issues are easy to trace — automations shouldn't fail silently. After launch, I stay available to support your team as part of the handoff.
Is it safe to let an AI agent talk to my customers?
Only with guardrails. Before launch, I add validation rules, scoped access, human approval for sensitive replies like pricing or refunds, and a fallback path to a real person.

Credentials are stored encrypted — never as plaintext keys or passwords — and each workflow only gets access to the data it needs. An NDA is available for sensitive client or customer data. Before moving into automation, I handled confidential documents, finances, and schedules as an executive assistant for U.S. clients, so discretion is part of how I work.
Do you work with U.S. time zones?
Yes. I'm based in Manila and work U.S.-friendly hours. I reply within 24 hours, and when you book a call, the calendar shows times in your own time zone.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
Mainly n8n, Zapier, Make, and HighLevel, connected to the tools you already use — CRMs, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, databases, email, Slack, and other apps with an API or webhook. For AI steps, I use models like Claude and OpenAI.
